I had the good fortune to work with Zach several times in 2008. He is a tireless worker who has an abundance of great contacts, not only in the local area, but throughout the entire southeast. Most recently, my company listed a residential home with Zach that had several challenges (survey problems, repair work, etc.). Not only only did Zach find a qualified buyer, he worked diligently with local contractors, attorneys and a surveyor to clear the issues in short order and made sure the closing happened on time. I got the final call from Zach on Christmas Eve saying the last item needed was complete. Having known Zach and his family for more than twenty years and after doing multiple real estate transactions with him, I have a high level of confidence and trust in Zach than can only be earned over the course of time.  It is often said "The apples don't fall far from the tree."  Well Zach's grandfather and father were each "very tall trees", setting high standards of ethics and success for Zach to live his life by.  I would opine that if each had set standards for Zach when he was a young boy, he would have very early on exceeded those standards. I bring all of this up for only one reason, "If you are going to do business with someone, you have got to trust them."

There are many fine real estate agents in the market that one can utilize to close a real estate transaction if that is all you are interested in.  But if you are looking for a little bit more than a basic transaction, that is where Zach comes in.  If your needs include market history, info on regulatory issues, info on project development and management and/or simply just advice and counsel on real estate matters, then Zach should be high on your list of professionals to consider.

My standards are high and I am not the easiest person to satisfy, so I work with Zach on my real estate projects, because I have the confidence and trust that he will get the job done. Zach is great! I was moving to Florida from Oklahoma and he was a huge help in getting me the right house. He arranged several houses for me to look at that were similar to one I had requested to see. When I selected the property I wanted he helped me every step of the way and even went the extra mile when there was a delay in some paperwork.
